I’ve been working out here in Green Bay from February 2024 till now and never had a problem. Breakfast is great. Room are great. The staff here is amazing! Always on point! I swear there like mind readers. And the GM is the best thing that ever has happened to this place! Thanks again Chris! Will be coming back!
This was a fantastic place to stay! No real issues at all. Room was awesome! First night I couldn't sleep, partly my fault for eating too much the day before, also partly because the dang refrigerator made random gurgling and ticking noise all night! Second night, I unplugged the fridge and slept great! Breakfast was as good as it gets for standard hotel breakfast! Everything stayed well stocked. After spending the previous couple weeks at random hotels across the country on a family road trip, THIS Residence Inn was head and shoulders better than all the other hotels I had recently stayed at!
It was pretty quiet most of time. The room was spacious. We got suite. The kitchen was lack of cookware. We wanted to bake pizza but there was no pizza pan or any baking pan. The breakfast was ok. One day they were running out of something and they told people they could only had a few pieces of that item. The location was fine. We visited Door County a couple of days from here and it was fine. Overall, a great experience.
Super clean and modern. Only a short drive from Lambeau Field and way worth the 5 to 7 minute trip.
Had a king room with kitchenette, it was perfect! Seems kind of off the beaten path but half mile away is everything you may need. Walked to our concert. Very clean, friendly, good complimentary breakfast too! Careful in the shower, the water gets HOT HOT and changes on ya.
GM Chris and staff were amazing, very friendly and customer service oriented. The property itself is very clean and in a great location in Green Bay. We travel a lot and we have never stayed at a property where the staff was this friendly, my wife forgot her hairspray at home and Chris offered to bring her some the next day. I recommend you stay here when in Green Bay.
Nice clean rooms!!! Great staff !! Only night time on duty personnel was lazy. Needs more options for breakfast. Other than that 5 stars !!!
The rooms were clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the full kitchen suite we had. Pet friendly even though we left ours at home this trip. Close to Lambeau, Resch Centre and the mall, all under 3 miles. I was disappointed with breakfast as many items ran out with number of people dining and they were slow to fill. The food we did eat was good. The night desk person was not friendly at all. We came in late and that seemed annoying to her that she had to unlock the front door for us.
